We obtain personal information from you when you contact us directly through the website, on social media or on social media, complete our donation or referral forms, make a donation to Ready Tech Go or otherwise provide us with personal information. The personal information we collect might include your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.

Through our donation form, we may also include information on the number and type of devices donated.

By referring an individual or household to our services, we will also be collecting your referral’s name, postal address, telephone number, email address, age, skills, living circumstances and other relevant information you want to share.

When related to volunteering opportunities, information on your skills, interests and relevant experience will also be collected. We will also ask you to share details of your Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate, if you hold one.

We also gather general information about the use of our websites, such as which pages users visit most often and which services are of most interest. We may use this information to make improvements to our websites and to ensure we provide the best service for users. Wherever possible we use aggregated or anonymous information which does not identify individual visitors to our websites.
